On behalf of our client, a reputable law firm,a well-established corporate services firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Administrator with strong experience in corporate tax compliance, company administration, and KYC procedures. The successful candidate will support the corporate services team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate corporate records.
Key Duties:
- Maintain statutory registers and company records in accordance with Cyprus corporate law.
- Prepare and file corporate documents with relevant authorities (e.g., Registrar of Companies).
- Ensure timely compliance with tax obligations.
- Conduct KYC / AML due diligence for clients, including on boarding and periodic reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of corporate and regulatory reports.
- Support senior management in corporate governance and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration, or Law.
- Proven experience in corporate administration, company tax, and KYC compliance.
- Knowledge of Cyprus corporate law and regulatory framework.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
